Privacy and cookie notice
How we process the personal data of people who visit this site and of those who send a request through the forms.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Faberpack di Luti Fabrizio, Area metropolitana di Milano, Italia, VAT number IT04246130134.
For any question about your personal data you can write to fabrizio.luti@faberpack.com.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you send the contact form we process the data you enter: full name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country, request type, product of interest and the text of your message. We use this data only to reply to your request and to follow up on the business contacts that arise from it.
Appointment request
When you ask for an appointment we process, in addition to your contact details, the reason for the request, the preferred format, the proposed dates and time slot, the time zone and any notes. We use this data only to arrange the meeting or the call.
Email and phone
If you write to us or call us directly, we process the data you give us in order to reply to you.
Browsing data
As with any website, the service that hosts these pages records some data about each visit for technical and security reasons: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. We do not use this data to identify you or to build profiles.
3. Legal basis
We process the data from the forms in order to reply to your request, that is, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Technical browsing data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the site running securely (Article 6(1)(f)).
The fields marked with an asterisk are necessary: without that data we cannot reply to you. The others are optional.
4. Who receives the data
The data is not sold, is not disseminated and is not used to send newsletters or advertising. It is processed by Fabrizio Luti and, as service providers, by:
- Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts the site and receives the requests sent through the forms;
- the provider of the email service we use to read requests and reply to them (Microsoft 365).
If your request concerns the products of one of the companies we represent, we may pass on to that company the data needed to give you an answer (for example a quote or samples).
5. Transfer of data outside the European Union
Netlify is a company based in the United States: the data sent through the forms and the technical browsing data may also be processed in the United States. Netlify states that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and makes a data processing agreement available to its customers.
6. How long we keep the data
We keep requests and correspondence for as long as is necessary to reply to you and to follow up on the business relationship: 24 months from the last contact. After this period the data is deleted, unless legal obligations require it to be kept.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing and to receive your data in a usable format (portability). To do so, write to fabrizio.luti@faberpack.com.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the European Union country where you live.
8. Cookies and tracking tools
This site does not use profiling cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not load content from external services (fonts, maps, videos, social media buttons). It does not place any cookies on your device: this is why no consent banner appears.
The links to LinkedIn, to the websites of the companies we represent and to the Partner area lead to other sites, which have their own rules.
9. Updates
This notice may be updated, for example if the site adopts new tools. The version in force is the one published on this page. In the event of any differences between the translations, the Italian version prevails.
